I hereby authorize Fireside Apartments, any of their agents, to confirm the information listed in my application. This authorization includes, but is not limited to, employment verification, performing a background check and ordering a credit report from any credit reporting agency. Any false information given will result in rejection of this application. By submitting this information, Applicant agrees that this application is a binding contract between Fireside Apartments and the persons listed on the application. Upon receipt of the application, Fireside Apartments will conduct a credit check and a criminal background check. Applicant acknowledges that this application is subject to the review and approval of Fireside Apartments and that Fireside Apartments has the sole discretion to decide if Applicant can rent this apartment. Applicant authorizes Fireside Apartments to confirm the information listed in the application, with Applicant’s employer, and any credit reporting agencies. Any false information given will result in rejection of this application. In order for the application to be processed, a non-refundable credit and background check fee of $20 per applicant is needed. In order to reserve the unit of your choice, a reservation fee of $500 must be collected. Should you cancel your application within seventy-two (72) hours, you will receive a full refund of the reservation fee. Should the application be canceled after 72 hours, or you fail to execute the approved rental agreement or refuse to occupy the premises on the agreed upon date, all monies will be forfeited.
